Kristine L. Schultz, MD FACEP, Emergency Medicine

Lynn M Wilson, DO, Primary Care Geriatrician

Dr. Busch, Wilson and Schultz will present their program and discuss what healthcare burn out is, who is at risk and how it manifests in stages. They will also discuss evidence-based strategies for

personal coping and identification based on the AMA Steps Forward model, as well as from psychology texts.

They will discuss how to advocate for organizational change and low budget things you can do as a leader to consider and measure wellness in your organization.

He also serves as Vice President of Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN)
